RARE SIGHTING: Kate Middleton Spotted in New Photos Post-Chemotherapy With Prince William!

Kate Middleton joined her husband, Prince William, for their first joint royal engagement this week since finishing chemotherapy. Even though Kate was not a part of the ceremony, she did meet with a 16-year-old aspiring photographer who is also a ᴄᴀɴᴄᴇʀ patient. Want to learn more about it? Continue reading!

The Princess of Wales has been photographed for the first time since she provided an update on her ᴄᴀɴᴄᴇʀ diagnosis. The photographs were released on the Prince and Princess of Wales’ official social media sites, and show Kate cuddling 16-year-old Liz Hatton, who is also suffering ᴄᴀɴᴄᴇʀ. The teen told the royal couple her story, explaining that she was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of ᴄᴀɴᴄᴇʀ early this year.

According to the BBC, Liz was given six months to three years to survive. William invited the ambitious photographer to capture the investitures as part of her ‘photography bucket list.’ Kate and William acknowledged their thoughts for her in the caption, writing, “A pleasure to meet with Liz at Windsor today. A talented young photographer whose creativity and strength have inspired us both. Thank you for sharing your photos and story with us.”

Liz also shared the photographs on Instagram, thanking the royals for their thoughtfulness. “Such lovely, genuine, and kind people. I’m over the moon that my family and I had this experience,” she stated in her stories. This is Kate’s first official photograph since confirming that she would return to work after the end of her chemotherapy treatment in early September.

We know that the Princess will work light hours until she is entirely recovered, including some significant public engagements in the coming months. Share your opinion on Kate and William’s lovely gesture in the comments section below.
