Men, Reduce Your Intake Of These 5 Foods Because They Can dαmαgє The Teproductive System

There are certain foods that all men should reduce their consumption of. These foods are quite capable of reducing a man’s chances of having children, as they can damage the reproductive system. This is why it is important for a man to reduce his intake of certain foods.

1. Ultra-processed carbohydrates

Eating white bread and pasta, ultra-processed carbohydrates and other processed foods low in fiber may be associated with decreased fertility in some people. Try to add more whole grains and high-fiber foods to your lifestyle if you are not already eating them.

2. Soy products

This is because soy contains large amounts of isoflavones, which have an estrogenic effect. This increases estrogen levels in the body and causes a drop in testosterone levels. A drop in testosterone levels then mainly affects sperm quality and number and can therefore hinder healthy fertility in men.

3. Sugary drinks.

These sugary drinks cause a lot of inflammation and metabolic changes in the male reproductive system.
Instead of taking sugary drinks like sodas, consume natural fruit juices like apple juice, pineapple juice, orange juice and others if you feel like drinking something sweet.

4. Processed red meat.

Red and processed meats, as well as high overall animal protein consumption, may be associated with reduced fertility in both men and women. Replacing some of these with plant-based proteins may be beneficial for fertility.
The best alternative to red and processed meats is simply fatty fish or dairy products like eggs.

5. Alcohol.

Excessive alcohol consumption contributes to infertility in men. Alcohol consumption can affect fertility by reducing sperm count, decreasing testosterone levels and production as well.
Instead of drinking alcohol, you can drink zobo juice, bitter leaf juice and green tea.
