The Natural Mixture That Is the Home Remedy for Cough and Flu

2 bay leaves

Strain and serve hot. You can sweeten with a teaspoon of honey (optional, but it enhances its effects even more).
How to use:
Drink 1 hot cup in the morning and another before bed for 3 to 5 days in a row.
You can inhale the steam before drinking it to clear your airways.
You can also store the rest in a thermos and drink it warm throughout the day.
